MOTORIZED HORIZONTAL DRY ROLLING MACHINE WITH BATTERY WITH 6 METER POLE

The Motorized Horizontal Dry Rolling Solar Panel Cleaning Machine (with battery, 6-metre pole) is a waterless solar panel cleaning machine that removes dust and dirt using large rolling mop heads instead of water. A powerful motor drives horizontal fabric cleaners across a wide area in a single pass, powered by a rechargeable battery, with a 6-metre reach. At 6.9kg, it is built for fast, dry cleaning of large arrays.

Waterless cleaning when dry is the right choice. Not every site can spare water for panel cleaning, and not every job needs it. This machine cleans with dry fabric mop heads rather than a sprinkler, which makes it the right tool for water-scarce regions, for routine dust removal between deeper washes, and for large ground-mount or commercial arrays where hauling water to the panels is impractical. In much of dry, dusty India, regular dry cleaning removes the daily dust that costs you generation, without using a drop of water.

Why cleaning matters. Dust and dirt block sunlight and cut a panel's output a dusty array loses a meaningful share of its generation, which on a system worth lakhs is money lost every day. In dry, dusty conditions, panels need frequent cleaning, and a waterless machine lets you do it as often as needed without a water supply or the runoff and mess of wet washing.

How it cleans. A powerful motor drives large horizontal rolling mop heads that sweep dust and dirt off the panel surface. The horizontal rolling design covers a large area in one pass, which makes it fast across the wide, uniform rows of a commercial or ground-mount installation. The dry fabric heads lift dust without scratching the glass, and because there is no water, there is no drying, no streaking, and no runoff to manage.

Battery-powered, 6-metre reach. The rechargeable battery makes it fully portable across a large site with no power point nearby exactly the ground-mount and commercial settings where dry cleaning fits best. The 6-metre telescopic pole reaches across wide rows and large arrays from a fixed standing position.

Maintenance note: regular cleaning and lubrication of the machine keep it performing well and extend its life.
